3rd Theatre Festival for the Young Audience

With an aim to promote the interrelation between artistic and technological languages, MANDI THEATRE is all set with our 3rd edition of 'Annual Theatre Festival for the young audiences', to be held on 3rd Aug. 2025 

Held each year in collaboration with The Consulate General of India and partly funded by Illinois Arts Council Agency, this festival allows young generation to explore new perspectives and emotions in a safe, supportive environment. 

Why is theatre important for kids?
Introducing children to theatre at a young age helps build confidence, empathy, teamwork, communication skills, and creative expression. It allows them to explore new perspectives and emotions in a safe, supportive environment.

And what about creative writing?
Writing encourages kids to imagine, reflect, and express. Whether it’s a short story, poem, or script, creative writing helps improve language skills, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence – giving them a voice and a platform to share their unique ideas with the world.

• Classical, Semi-Classical & Bollywood Dance 
• Short Skits (in any language) 
• Meaningful Speeches (age-appropriate)
